HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. - The New Jersey Credit Union League, through its Small Credit Union Initiative, has been working to create special programs and solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of small credit unions. A special Small Credit Union Resource Workshop has been scheduled for December 15 at the League offices from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to review some of these new solutions.
During the workshop we will review the Small Credit Union Marketing programs that were introduced in October at the League's Annual Meeting and Convention. The programs are designed and priced specifically for small credit unions.
Also during the workshop we will review the Small CU Scorecard, a tool for measuring performance and identifying areas of need within the credit union. The scorecard will help management and the board to continuously improve strategic performance and results.
There will be time for questions and discussion with peers as well.
To register, please contact Candice Nigro at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-792-8861 ext. 110. There is no cost to attend.
NJCUL also released its Online Resource Center for Small Credit Unions. To access the resource center, please visit http://www.njcul.org/smallcu.aspx.
