Ross has over 19 years of health care experience. He specializes in a variety of areas within the health care industry, including financial feasibility studies, productivity/operational assessments, and strategic development for health care organizations. Ross also specializes in the Affordable Care Act and the implications on health care providers and employers. He has spoken at regional and national conferences on Health Care Reform. Ross is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Rural Health Association and is involved with the Rural Hospital Issues Group.
