The New Jersey Credit Union Foundation is a charitable and educational 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our mission is to promote greater financial literacy among consumers, to provide support and assistance to credit unions so they can better serve their members, and to support other non-profit organizations that provide financial educational assistance—all in the state of New Jersey. 

We bring Financial Reality Fairs to students throughout the state of New Jersey. A Reality Fair is a fun, experiential way for students to learn about managing personal finances. The program is offered to high schools, middle schools, and colleges across the state at absolutely no cost to the schools.

We also support the New Jersey Coalition for Financial Education (NJCFE) whose mission is to improve the personal financial literacy of New Jersey’s citizens by promoting the teaching of personal finance to people of all ages.

As a member of the New Jersey Credit Union Foundation, you are eligible to receive financial literacy information, tools, and resources to improve your financial wellness. You will also receive alerts on the latest financial education news and events from the Foundation and the NJCFE network, including free educational webinars and Reality Fairs.
