NJCUL's Director of Education Barbara Agin Speaks Out On How "Step Up!" Improved Her Work Relationship

Last year I attended a session called "Woman Up!", a career development class for women facilitated by Holly Herman. I attended for two reasons: One, I hired her and wanted to see her in action. And two, I wanted to know if her material would cover anything I didn't already know (being a veteran so to speak).

I was pleasantly surprised by the content, her delivery style and the open and honest communication within the group. I also picked up several tips that I feel have improved my working relationship with my boss - yes Paul Gentile!

So if you are on the fence about attending next week's "Step Up!" session, the career development class for all, let me gently urge you to take that step and Step Up! You won't regret it!

The "Step Up!" session will be held next Wednesday, February 9th at the League offices from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch provided. The cost to attend is as follows: $199 for credit unions over $100 million, $149 for credit unions $25-100 million, $99 for credit unions $10-25 million, and $59 for credit unions under $10 million.
