HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. – Recently the League held a CEO Roundtable that focused on potential areas of collaboration New Jersey credit unions could engage in to improve performance and/or reduce expenses. As expected, this topic generated considerable discussion and a lively exchange of ideas.
There are a number of CEOs that have strong interest in this topic, but could not attend the session for various scheduling reasons. For that reason and for future discussions, the League has made available a recap of the meeting. The recap provides a good overview of what was covered at the roundtable. Based on the strong interest, NJCUL will be holding a follow-up session in the near future.
NJCUL is polling CUs to find out in what particular areas they have an interest. To take the poll and indicate areas of interest for collaboration, click here. This polling may lead to smaller groups that focus on their particular area of interest.
The “Collaborating for Efficiencies” Summary is available for download on the League Web site by clicking here.
