HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. – NJCUL is pleased to announce computer based on-demand training (CBT) modules, available now for the exclusive use of all CUSC Shared Branching participating credit unions. The CBT modules benefit participating credit unions by allowing them to train new employees and provide refresher training as needed. Best of all, these modules are provided free of charge; another value of League membership!
The CBT Modules are an excellent tool for credit unions to use with new employees and/or refresher training. There are seven (7) training modules: Shared Branching Basics, Funds Availability, Mystery Shopping, Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Grievance, and Adjustments. Employees can spend as much or as little time as they have available on any of the modules and there is a quiz at end of each module to gauge comprehension of the information presented.
