HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. - The New Jersey Credit Union League takes the member business lending (MBL) message to the airwaves and the Internet today with radio spots and Web ads promoting support among our state's 15-member delegation.
The radio spots will run on nine N.J. stations (including 101.5 and 94.3) beginning today, October 13, and will run through October 19, airing during the afternoon drive on weekdays. Three ads will also run during middays during the same timeframe (Oct. 13-19). The Web ad will appear throughout the 101.5 FM Web site during the ad run.
The Web ad will also appear on the PolitickerNJ home page from October 13-23 and New Jersey credit unions will be the sponsor of PolitickerNJ's Wake Up Call newsletter on 10/13 and 10/20. PolitickerNJ is the state's premier political Web site and the go-to resource for the state's lawmakers and politicos.
An example of the Web ad is pictured below.
Both the radio ads and Web ads encourage listeners and readers to visit www.bankingyoucantrust.com where they can learn more about this taxpayer-free way to help put Americans back to work, and contact their lawmakers through the League's Online Grassroots Action Center.
The N.J. ads are part of a broader grassroots campaign which, in addition to a general Call-to-Action, includes Monday's breakfast with Congressman Jon Runyan, an October 25th Hike-the-Hill, a postcard campaign, and letters and op-ed pieces in targeted districts.
Anyone interested in participating in the October 25th Hike-the-Hill should email NJCUL Director of Government Affairs Chris Abeel at email@example.com.
