HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. - A special four-page advertisement spread submitted by the New Jersey Credit Union League appears in a special section of this month's New Jersey Business Magazine. The ad, designed in a newsletter format, is titled "Credit Unions: The Alternative to Traditional Banking".
It features a basic overview of New Jersey credit unions and their cooperative structure, an explanation of the potential benefits of municipal deposit reform, and information on credit unions' Financial Reality Fairs across the state.
Graphs and statistics included in the spread show New Jersey credit unions' strength in lending and consumer satisfaction as well as their ability to offer consumers competitive rates and fees.
The last page of the ad provides readers a comprehensive list of credit unions in New Jersey.
