HIGHTSTOWN, NJ. – Your New Jersey Credit Union League doesn’t just reach out to lawmakers when we are facing important legislative issues—we consistently tell our story on your behalf.
One of the key ways we do this is through our quarterly legislative newsletter, NJ Credit Union Digest, where we communicate not only the important issues facing credit unions, but all the good work our credit unions are doing for their members and the communities they serve. NJ CU Digest is a printed newsletter provided solely to New Jersey legislators and government officials.
Each quarter we choose some of the top stories that have appeared in our other publications and gear them toward a legislative audience.
This newsletter is available for download quarterly for our credit unions, but is sent to legislators’ district and Washington offices.
The 1st quarter 2012 issue of NJ CU Digest is now available for download on the League site. This issue highlights N.J. credit unions’ political advocacy efforts over the last three months, including the NJ Day at CU House and the League’s Hike-the-Hill. Also featured are New Jersey credit unions’ small business lending and financial literacy efforts.
