On Wednesday, NCUA hosted a Webinar to explain the “enhancements” to its CU Online system and the completion of 5300 call reports. The Webinar consisted of an online tutorial and PowerPoint to demonstrate where you will see changes on the system and where you will find necessary keys, buttons and functions. NCUA will make the Webinar available on its Web site in two weeks.
The new system uses Silverlight software, which is compatible with most systems, but you may want to go to http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/ to make sure that your system can access it by July 1, the date credit unions are required to start using the system to submit your June Call Report.
