A Friday article on the Motley Fool Web site asks the question, will 2012 be bank transfer year? According to the article, a banking survey—performed by consulting firm cg42 to determine the vulnerability of banks to their customers transferring—shows rough seas ahead in 2012 for banks.
The study illustrates how poorly many banking customers view their banks and the percentage of customers considering a switch. According to the study, some banks are fairing better than others, but overall, there's a general dissatisfaction among bank customers. PNC has the lowest percentage of customers considering a switch, while Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase have he highest percentage of customers considering a switch.
