CARTERET, N.J. - MidState Federal Credit Union serves the town of Carteret, N.J., and now is enjoying unprecedented exposure in the community. Its commercial, which was offered to the credit union through the New Jersey Credit Union League's Ad Co-Op program this year, has been made available for viewing on InCarteret.com, a site for local businesses in Carteret.

MidState CEO Tracy Sussmann's contact at the local rotary is the webmaster for the site and posted the video under MidState's listing, which explains the credit union's cooperative structure, offers an overview of its products and services, and gives its address and contact information.

MidState's listing on the site and video can be found here.

New to the Ad Co-Op program for 2011, NJCUL offered Ad Co-Op contributing credit unions the opportunity to participate in this television commercial program for nothing more than their investment in the advertising cooperative. The commercials are :30 seconds long, with a :15/:15 split between a general message about New Jersey credit unions followed by a segment featuring a specific credit union. The commercials will appear on Comcast cable throughout the state.

More information on the Ad Co-Op is available here. Director of Marketing & Communications Candice Nigro is available to discuss the Ad Co-Op with your credit union or answer any questions you may have. Please contact her at 800-792-8861 ext. 110 or cnigro@njcul.org.
