New, Lower Cost Established for Financial Reality Fairs; Grants Available to Off-Set Cost

Hands-On Financial Literacy Program Now More Affordable for NJ CUs to Bring to Schools Free of Charge

HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. – The NJ CU Foundation Board gathered recently for a quarterly meeting and to discuss the Reality Fair program. With new materials available for students, the Board established a new, lower cost per student ($12, down from $18) that goes into effect as of August 2017.

The Board will also continue to consider grants for 50% of the cost of a Fair up to $2,500, with the limit of two grant requests per credit union per school year.

An updated grant application is available here.

If you would like more information on the program, please contact NJ CU Foundation Executive Director Marissa Anema at manema@njcul.org.
