Shared Compliance Program

Need Help Unlocking the Door to Your Compliance Solutions?

The NJCUL Compliance Center offers a Shared Compliance Program as an affordable alternative. Our services help you reduce the cost of compliance and lower the risk of violations.

The Shared Compliance Program offers an on-site compliance professional. The Shared Compliance Specialist will work at your credit union to provide guidance and support for your ongoing compliance needs; planning, training, research, regulatory exam preparation, compliance audit review, feedback...and much more!

Regulators expect strict compliance no matter what size your credit union. This poses a challenge to credit unions to hire the expected level of compliance expertise that can keep up with today's regulatory environment. The Shared Compliance Program offers credit unions an opportunity to share the expenses of ongoing compliance services without the challenge of hiring and retaining compliance staff in-house in order to keep up with state and federal regulatory changes.

The Compliance Center's specialty is easing your compliance burdens. Let the New Jersey Credit Union League take the worry out of compliance for you! Contact Nicola Foggie at nfoggie@njcul.org or 800-792-8861 ext. 112 for more information.
