CUaid has been activated for credit union employees, members and volunteers along the East Coast affected by Hurricane Irene. CUaid will provide $500 to $2,000 grants to fund insurance deductibles and items not covered by insurance or federal aid. These grants will be provided on an availability baiss, depending on how much money is collected for the Hurricane Irene fund.

Below you will a letter detailing all the information your credit unions should know as well as an application that needs to be completed. In most cases, supplementary paperwork will also need to be provided. These applications need to be received by the New Jersey Credit Union League no later than October 7, 2011 and also need to be verified by the credit union.
