HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. – As 2011 comes to a close, the New Jersey Credit Union League is recognizing credit union professionals for investing the time and money to remain educated in their professional disciplines over the past year. Designed for Lending/Collections and Compliance credit union professionals, NJCUL's Certificate Programs reward attendees with a certificate for participation in League/CUNA education.
Laura Richard of Bay Atlantic FCU was the first to receive an NJCUL certification. Earlier this week, Richard was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for completion of NJCUL’s 2011 Lending/Collections Certification Program.

Two other professionals received their certifications this week: Cathyann Frank of McGraw-Hill FCU earned a Lending/Collections Certification and Virginia Williams of Jersey Shore FCU earned a certificate in Compliance.
Both the Lending/Collections and Compliance Certification Program include certifications for various job positions and levels, with the required core competencies specific to each program and job position. Eligible curriculum for both programs includes all League training events: Roundtables, Full Day Sessions, Workshops, Conferences, Quick Bites, and Financial Education Webinars. It also includes CUNA Education: schools, conferences, self-study, Webinars, etc.
