Credit Unions for Kids Logo and CMN Name Get an Update

Children's Miracle Network has a new name and logo as of January 1, 2011: they are now Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! Joe Dearborn, Senior Director, Credit Unions for Kids, explains, "Adding 'Hospitals' to our name clarifies who we are and what we do, which drives donations."

The Credit Unions for Kids logo (featured above) has also changed to reflect the new Children's Miracle Network Hospitals logo and include the addition of "Hospitals." To accompany the updated logo, there is a revised version of the Style Guidelines for the Credit Unions for Kids moniker and logo. The most notable change is the now acceptable usage of the term "CU4Kids" in an online setting.

Credit unions are encouraged to use the new logo and reference the style guide as soon as possible in order to improve the brand consistency for Credit Unions for Kids nationwide, which will result in an increase of awareness about our cause and ultimately result in an increase of funds raised.

Credit Unions for Kids understands that credit unions have signage, paper icons, shirts, and other promotional items from past fundraising efforts and expects that transitioning to the updated logo will be an ongoing process over the year.
