Loan Processor

Aspire FCU has an opportunity for a Loan Processor for our Clark, NJ office. The position involves processing consumer loan applications for various lending products through completion/closing of the loan, including Equity Lending. Heavy phone contact with members is an integral part of the position. The applicant should have knowledge of Fair Lending, and all additional state and federal regulations related to consumer lending. Must be able to interact with members, credit union underwriters, external agencies and vendors, as necessary. Time management skills, computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills are a must. The Branch Manager ensures that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that the members are served promptly and professionally. Vice President Finance/Chief Financial Officer

GENERAL SUMMARY
The position is required to work closely with the CEO and Executive Management team in regards to all financial aspects of the credit unions day to day accounting functions, strategic planning initiatives, financial projections, operational profitability, financial operations and reporting functions.  The position is an active member of the executive management team, responsible for implementing the credit union culture and communicating a clear mission within the organization towards the pursuit of strategic objectives.  The position will update the CEO on financial matters of the credit union and will participate in monthly board meetings as well as monthly ALM Committee meetings.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance
  • Manage the Accounting Department staff & workflow
  • Analyze and oversee the organization’s investment strategies, asset liability management, cash-flow management, financial variance analysis, capital expenditure planning, and cost management/reduction strategies.
  • Experience with managing the company’s  ALM function, Liquidity Management and Interest Rate Risk
  • Develop and present pricing structures for loan and deposit products

Loan Processor

North Jersey Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution located in Totowa, NJ. We are currently searching for a Loan Processor.

JOB SUMMARY:
Interview credit union loan applicants, professionally representing the credit union throughout the process. Research background information on loan applicants and resolve discrepancies. Process loan applications and perform a variety of support duties related to the lending function within the credit union.

  • Mail or email loan applications and/or information to members and prospective members.

Senior Business Consultant

Role
Manage and establish relationships with credit unions and act as a key contact and liaison between credit unions and Alloya in the Metro New York and Long Island territory. Plan, coordinate and develop business plans and business activity in the assigned territory. Meet and/or exceed sales goals.

Perform tasks necessary to balance and update general ledger and subsidiary accounts, maintain and reconcile daily cash.
