Member Service Rep/Teller

Description

Princeton Federal Credit Union is a non-profit financial cooperative dedicated to providing quality service, financial solutions and value, while building trusted relationships with our members for a lifetime.

We are seeking a full-time Member Service Rep/Teller and a part-time Member Service Rep/Teller to work in our Member Service Department. The part-time Member Service Rep/Teller will work 15 hours per week Monday through Friday 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.   Member Service Reps/Tellers work independently as well as within the group.    

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing monetary transactions
  • Opening, closing and maintaining accounts for members
  • Actively promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services to members based on member needs
  • Processing member mail transactions
  • Providing outstanding service to credit union members and co-workers

Qualified candidates must have a positive mindset, be well organized and detailed oriented, possess great communication skills, and be able to multi-task.  Excellent math skills are required along with research and problem solving abilities.  Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Accountant

Electronic Services Representative

North Jersey Federal Credit Union has two openings for an Electronic Services Representative in their Totowa, New Jersey headquarters.

Job Summary:
Provide members with quality service and technical and administrative support for the share draft services, electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH) functions and VISA ATM disputes in a timely, accurate manner. Provide information to members and potential members regarding share drafts and other credit union services. Reconcile accounts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Process payrolls for SEGs (Select Employee Groups) in a timely manner.

Part-Time Accountant

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Branch Manager II-Mt. Laurel, NJ

The core purpose of this position is to acquire new and build existing member relationships, retain member relationships, to enhance the service, loyalty and sales core competencies in the organization. Growth of profitable members who benefit the overall cooperative is key.  The incumbents work in concert with Marketing in laying out branch regional marketing plans that support the Andrews brand name directed at achieving growth and service objectives. This position is responsible for improvements in Branch profitability, ATM service and profitability for the branch.

This position manages, coordinates, and supervises activities assigned to the Tellers, Member Services Representatives and/or Universal Branch personnel to ensure efficient service to Andrews Federal members and the accuracy of all business transactions in branch to which assigned.

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.  Five years experience in a multi-functional financial retail branch, to include a minimum of two years as a branch manager of a comparable branch – measured in terms of deposit base, loan balance, staff complement and transaction volume.  As a manager, must have demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals of deposit and loan products and to ensure compliance of financial laws, regulations, and policies.  Requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as an attention to detail.  Must be highly motivated and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

EFT Clerk

Inspire Federal Credit Union, located in Bristol, PA (Bucks County) seeks candidates to fill the position of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Clerk.

General Summary
Responsible for receiving and processing all electronic transaction files. Process, research and maintain a variety of member request forms along with internal documentation and other miscellaneous accounting records.

Essential Functions

  • Process all daily EFT files- ATM’s, corporate checks, ACH, Bill payment, Share Drafts, and Mobile Deposit; including receiving, posting and processing.
  • Process ACH returns and NOC’s.
  • Understand ACH rules and regulations.

Collections Manager

This position requires a candidate with prior experience managing a collections department with a successful record of driving down delinquencies and minimizing charge offs. Experience in a financial institution’s collections department is ideal.
