Branch Operations Manager – Full time – Wakefern Federal Credit Union, Elizabeth, NJ

Head Member Service Representative - Rutgers FCU

Job Description

Scope & Function:

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the Head Teller ensures proper operation of the member service window. Proves and balances the main vault and ATM vault, prepares cash order for branch. Ensures that cash levels in vault comply with credit union policy, open and close lobby (including drive up) as an MSR, greets members entering the branch to do business, handles cash and/or checks for deposits and withdrawals, answers telephone inquiries, makes data entries as necessary on the core processor, and ensures member satisfaction through accurate and cordial service. Oversees tellers performing routine financial transactions. Assist tellers with more complex tasks and schedules the work flow.

Compliance/Security Officer - XCEL FCU
