Loan/Collection Managers Purpose: Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation based on credit union policy. Principal Function:

Accounts Receivable Processing
The Manager is responsible for:

• preparing all cash receipts and deposit slips for deposit;
• preparing and reconciling cash receipt vouchers on a weekly basis; and
• preparing member statements (quarterly and annually, or as required).
Accounts Payable Processing
The Manager will:
• assign expense codes to all bills and vouchers;
• input all bills and vouchers for payment into the computerized accounts payable system;
• prepare a preliminary list of payables and supporting documentation for the Board of Directors' review and approval;
• generate checks for disbursement and submit to the Treasurer and the Board of Directors' president for signature;
