NJ Credit Union League Marketing & Advertising Internship (Hightstown)

The New Jersey Credit Union League (NJCUL) intern will begin their journey learning about the credit union movement (what credit unions are, the philosophy, benefits of membership, etc.). From there the intern will develop a plan for NJCUL to use to increase awareness of credit unions, generate buzz and further the Banking You Can Trust (BYCT) brand throughout New Jersey. The plan should utilize a variety of advertising mediums and include social media, guerilla style marketing and traditional forms of media. The intern will also be on hand to enhance the current traditional and social media avenues of the BYCT brand and help with various tasks related to those efforts.

Member Service Rep

Description

Princeton Federal Credit Union is a non-profit financial cooperative dedicated to providing quality service, financial solutions and value, while building trusted relationships for a lifetime.

We are seeking a part time Member Service Rep who will work 15 hours per week Monday through Friday 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM in our Member Service Department.   The Member Service Rep will work independently as well as within the group.

Network Administrator

  • Performs installation, primary support, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting on network hardware and software in a production environment including but not limited to: Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, and Cisco.

Is responsible for the administration of the compliance and risk management for the credit union operations areas.

Responsibilities:  

  • Establishes and maintains compliance programs, including methods and procedures for such programs as the Bank Secrecy Act/OFAC/USA Patriot’s Act, Government Reporting and Compliance Reviews for credit union operations and regulatory changes.
  • Ensures the existence, adequacy, and application of financial operating and administrative controls, the extent of compliance with established policies, plans, procedures, and regulations.  The extent to which assets are accounted for and safeguarded from losses of all kinds. The reliability and integrity of financial and management data developed by the credit union.  Prepares formal audit reports and presents findings.
  • Makes recommendations to management for corrective action based on audit findings and monitors results.  Identifies all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that affect the credit union and maintains compliance through audits, compliance training program, reviews of marketing materials, and reviews of account disclosures.
  • Oversees compliance with the Identity Theft Red Flag rules and investigate individual cases of Identity Theft.  Coordinates compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, oversees the suspicious activity review process and ensures that Suspicious Activity Reports are filed as required.

Assistant Vice President, Consumer Lending

This position is responsible for serving as the strategic leader overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations of the consumer lending team. Note: Senior tellers can earn more and take on functions like reconciliation and processing of wires and ACH monitoring. As well as filing a SAR if necessary.

Chief Financial Officer
