PSG, Professional Services Group, Inc., was organized
by the New Jersey Credit Union League to provide essential,
value-added services for New Jersey credit unions. NJCUL membership
makes these unique PSG benefits available to your credit union.
PSG develops and offers many of these products
and services directly to your credit union. Other services
are supplies through VIP Vendor Involvement Program who PSG has determined can provide the product
or service in a more efficient or economical manner. In these
cases, based on a pooling of resources and the concept of “cooperative
strength,” terms were negotiated and business relationships
developed.
PSG continues to evaluate the quantity and quality
of products and services available, as well as the individual
performance of preferred vendors. The quality of their product,
professional support, advice offered, reliability, follow-up
and understanding of the unique needs and nature of New Jersey
credit unions is vitally important in the evaluation and selection
process.
PSG presents only quality products and services
to member credit unions. That is why PSG preferred vendors
will not always be the lowest priced supplier, but they will
offer the best value for the money.
Profits generated by PSG are used by NJCUL to
add and improve dues-supported services while maintaining one
of the lowest dues rates in the country by a state credit union
association. Thus, the more PSG is utilized by our member credit
unions, the more effectively NJCUL can work to achieve our
goals for the years ahead.
