This interesting and informative seminar will focus on a variety of related topics:

  • The realities of the repossession process (as NOT seen on TV!!)
  • When should an account be assigned for repossession?
  • Too much vs. too little info. What the agent needs on an assignment?
  • The importance of choosing the right agent.
  • What should my service expectations be?
  • When to close and/or reassign an account.
  • Why, when and how to abandon a vehicle.
  • Vehicle remarketing, protecting your right to a deficiency balance.
  • Remarketing options, what are they, which one will bring the best results?
  • Damaged vehicles. To fix or not to fix?
  • Remarketing non-auto collateral. (Boats, RV’s, motorcycles, etc.) 

Trainer: Conducting the seminar will be Jerry Farese, CEO of The Peak Service Corp. and Executive Board member of National Finance Adjusters, and Robert Stankovitch, President of The Peak Service Corp. and Executive Board member of the American Recovery Association,  each have over 25 years’ experience in the Repossession & Recovery Industry. They have both been speakers on a variety of industry related topics at national conventions.

Also, Brent Ramels of SmartAuction (a subsidiary of Ally Bank), will be on hand to discuss the fastest growing segment of vehicle remarketing, on-line sales.
