Speakers

James Robert Lay
CU Grow

James Robert Lay is the CEO of CU Grow and a leading digital marketing expert for credit unions and community banks. For over a decade he has consulted with more than 400 credit unions throughout North America to help generate over 125,000 leads for loans and new accounts.

He believes that digital is the future of lead generation but that does not mean lead generation has to be impersonal. By first defining specific market segments, credit unions and community banks can use humanized marketing automation systems to deliver relevant content, such as video, through a mobile optimized user experience to generate and convert leads for loans and new accounts.

Michael DuPont

Michael DuPont is an expert with over 20 years’ experience in guiding Credit Unions, Municipalities and Corporations through constantly changing regulatory and legal landscape. He has been active in both State and Federal Election Campaigns by working on transition teams for Governors McGreevey and Corzine and served as co-finance chairperson for the Presidential Election Campaign of Senator John Kerry.

DuPont is Treasurer and Commissioner of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority; Councilman for the Borough of Red Bank; Monmouth County Trustee; Rutgers University School of Public Policy graduate; Peer Review Rated.
