Does your credit union have a social media strategy or are you looking to start one? Who runs this initiative – is it marketing, IT, a combination of both?
It is great to say our credit union has a Facebook page or we tweet, but how you do it and how engaged you are with your membership is the key to a successful social media strategy.
Come join your peers to discuss what is working and what is not. This is a great forum to share ideas as well as perceived and real challenges of engaging in this virtual environment. If you have not yet implemented a social media strategy, learn some of the key components that must be considered before you begin.
