With a brief economic update in addition to portfolio management, Smith will provide the information needed for CU professionals to understand the various options along with their inherent risks and rewards.
11:45 – 12:15 Small Credit Union Resources, Angel Santos
This session will highlight the current financial situation with credit unions under $50 million in assets and look at solutions for maximizing people and resources and areas for collaboration and resource sharing.

2:30-3:30 Strategies for Staying in the Game, Frank Michael
Michael shares how working together can result in lower operating expenses, increased access to loans, and an enhanced brain trust in making quality decisions. This session will also address the not so positive issues including how to meet the challenge of increasing complexity in meeting compliance demands.
