You are the face of the credit union to many of your members. The credit union philosophy is people helping people. How is this done at your credit union and others? Can you effectively service members by recommending products without coming across as selling?

Whether or not your credit union is currently active or pursuing this direction, come share your thoughts and ideas with your peers as well as participate in a discussion of other challenges you face as the frontline!

Facilitator/Speakers: Barbara Agin, Director of Education, NJCUL
Barbara Agin has been with the NJ Credit Union League for over six years and in that capacity has worked with many credit unions on service and cross-selling initiatives. Having come from the financial series arena, she is well versed is the pros and cons of the developing a sales/service culture.
