In 2012 Smart phones exceeded PC sales. This trend, combined with skyrocketing sales of smart phones (by all manufactures) indicates that the preferred delivery channel is the one the member holds in their hands. What does this mean to credit unions? It means that your delivery system strategies should include robust digital development. This session will address emerging digital delivery systems including device (mobile and tablet), engagement (aps, social media) and function (electronic loan document signing, pre-approvals and electronic payments). And it promises to provide participants with a solid understanding of emerging delivery technology and how to prepare themselves now for the rapidly approaching future.
Speaker: Anne Legg is the VP of Marketing for the California based Financial Partners CU. Prior to Financial Partners, Anne held the Vice President of Marketing position for Cabrillo Credit Union in San Diego. During her 13 years at Cabrillo, she participated in two mergers, developed a new credit union brand, implemented quality programs, create a nearly, virtual auto dealership, and consistently grew loans year over year. Anne recently finished an eight-year term on the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Executive Council, eventually serving as Vice Chair and Chair for five years.
