During the past 19 years Mr. Clapp has served in various executive financial marketing leadership positions. Leading financial institutions with a local, regional and national scope into new product development, brand building and strategic planning success have been his career hallmarks. He has served in executive marketing and sales management roles at Bank One, Midfirst Credit Union, and Liberty Savings Bank. Prior to founding MarketMatch, Bruce championed a new financial institution consulting practice that focused on customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty marketing for the nation’s largest provider of value-added marketing.
