“Business as usual” no longer is. Our industry has changed immensely over the past few years. During this session, we’ll talk about 20 things Credit Unions should be doing today to ensure a successful present and future for their members. The best part: many of these actions can be implemented immediately with little to no cost.

Speaker: Michael Bartoo, spent 20 years in the Credit Union industry in a number of executive positions, including VP roles overseeing Lending, Operations, Marketing & Business Development and Sales & Service.
