Roundtable Topics:

Topic #1: Best Tips for Outstanding Customer Service
Discussion to include general staff education sources as well as increasing the Hispanic Market. 

Topic #2: Director Evaluations
Discussion to include self-evaluations, peer performance ratings, and managing nonperforming; measuring individual director performance/value; “Board-Team Performance Evaluations” (board as a total entity); and “Volunteer Peer-to-Peer Performance Evaluations”.
