Overview: This program will provide updated accounting guidance for Troubled Debt Restructurings and the impact of TDR’s on the allowance for loan losses. Participants will receive guidance on how to determine when a loan modification becomes a TDR. You will have the opportunity to “stump the chump” by posing your real life examples to the experts. 

Presenter: Robert C. Fouratt, CPA and Managing Partner, The Curchin Group, LLC.
Bob joined Curchin in 1978 and became Managing Partner in 2002. During his 25 years in public accounting, Bob has developed an expertise in working with financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and closely-held small to mid-size businesses. He leads Curchin's credit union practice, which provides auditing, accounting and consulting to over 35 federally and state chartered credit unions.  Education: College of the Holy Cross, Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Fouratt will demonstrate the TDR accounting software T-Value during his presentation. A free license for the software will be raffled off to attendees. Don’t miss your chance to win!
