Designed to continue practicing skills, this session will reinforce the importance of dialoguing with members. Conversations uncover needs and appropriate products and services meet those needs. Done effectively, small talk at the frontline can lead to increased growth at your credit union.
As a frontline series, this session will benefit those who have attended prior frontline roundtable sessions as well as first time attendees.
Facilitator/Speakers: Barbara Agin, Director of Education, NJCUL
Barbara Agin has been with the NJ Credit Union League for over six years and in that capacity has worked with many credit unions on service and cross-selling initiatives. Having come from the financial series arena, she is well versed is the pros and cons of the developing a sales/service culture.
