> Credit Union Trainers Roundtable: What Resources Does Your CU Use?

This roundtable session is designed for those credit union trainers or employees who wear the training hat in addition to other responsibilities.

The objective is to share the resources used, both internally and externally as well as gain insight into what other credit unions are doing to educate staff from new hires to products/policy updates, etc.

Facilitator/Speakers: Barbara Agin, Director of Education, NJCUL
Barbara Agin has been with the NJ Credit Union League for eight years and in that capacity has worked with many credit unions on various training initiatives. Prior to joining the League, she was the training manager of an eight location training function at a financial institution.
