This session is for new and experienced collectors to share current techniques that are working internally as well as discuss current challenges. Attorney Drew Edwards will address the collections lawsuit process as well as touch on bankruptcy proceedings.

Speaker: Drew Edwards
Drew Edwards is a partner at the law firm of Edwards & Edwards, where he has focused on credit union matters since 2008. Mr. Edwards represents more than 30 credit unions on collections, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance. The firm also concentrates on commercial real estate, small business law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Edwards previously worked at the NY State Attorney General's Office Consumer Frauds Bureau. He is a graduate of New York University and Columbia University Law School.
